Rooted Yoga opened in 2021 as a small studio to serve our local community. We offer a variety of classes ranging from meditative to strength building, gentle/beginner style, as well as engaging vinyasa flows!

Proudly offering group, private and even corporate/event classes (here and on-site) for all ages and abilities.

We also have holistic healing practices through Breath & Bone Reiki, offering reiki, massage and energetic bodywork on many levels for your highest wellbeing.

Investment: Signing up online allows you to use your credit card for payment. If you choose to drop-in for class, we can only accept cash/check/venmo. Please plan accordingly. Thanks!

We require 2 people signed up, 2 hours before class starts to hold class. An email will go out if we cancel and you will be issued a refund. We allow cancellations up to 2 hours prior to class. After that time, you will be considered checked in and a class will be deducted from your method of payment. Sorry, no exceptions.
